She previously coordinated spine research at Columbia University and neurology trials at the University of South Florida, with a focus on conditions such as Friedreich’s Ataxia and Parkinson’s disease. Earlier in her career, she contributed to neurobiology studies at The Rockefeller University and worked as a microbiology analyst, reflecting her strong commitment to advancing medical knowledge.
